A BIT ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Ng. I'm a mom of two witty boys who can't seem to get enough of meatballs and spaghetti😉. 

Over the past three years, I have lost 30 pounds and have kept it off since then; mainly due to simple and small changes to my nutrition and a consistent workout routine. This led to developing a passion for coaching and supporting women through their journey to weight loss. This passion has helped women realize that their wellness journey ought to be a lifestyle and not a chore.

 

As a heart-centered and Fit Chicks Academy Certified Fitness and Nutrition expert who loves Zumba, cycling, running, and a sweet tooth for homemade frozen banana and chocolate ice cream, I fully appreciate the joyful facial expression from my clients toward the end of their weight loss journeys.

I enjoy coaching busy women/moms with busy lives and limited time resources to enable them achieve meaningful results from exercising as well as providing some recommendations to modify the typical restrictive and boring diets.

 

For the longest time, I struggled with the misconception that exercise must be long, painful, complicated, and hard in order to be effective. I focused on achieving a six-pack because it seemed like the ultimate fitness goal. I thought eating healthy was a one-size-fits-all, and everybody had to eat the same things to achieve equivalent or similar results. I was also a working mom and raising two children with my husband. Life was super busy, so committing to exercises and nutrition that suited my lifestyle and individual food preference were challenging.

However, a lot has changed since then, as I have gained the knowledge and understanding that our bodies are uniquely special and that TIME is the biggest sacrifice and, unarguably, a precious commodity. Therefore, my goal is to work with you so that I can get to know you and develop a plan that suits your lifestyle that will help get you closer to achieving your goals.
