A BIT ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Ng. I'm a mom of two witty boys who can't seem to get enough of meatballs and spaghetti😉.

 

A heart-centered and Fit Chicks Academy certified fitness and nutrition expert who loves Zumba, cycling, running, and a sweet tooth for homemade frozen banana and chocolate ice cream. I coach women who want to find the time to exercise, get results, and are fed up with restrictive and boring meals, particularly moms who prefer home workouts or outdoor exercises.

For the longest time, I struggled with the misconception that exercise must be long, painful, complicated, and hard to be effective. I focused on achieving a six-pack because it seemed like the ultimate fitness goal. I thought eating healthy was a one-size-fits-all, and everybody had to eat the same thing to achieve results. I was also a working mom and raising two children with my husband. Life was super busy, so committing to exercises and nutrition that suited my lifestyle and individual food preference was challenging.

But a lot has changed since then as I have gained the knowledge and understood that our bodies are uniquely special and time is the biggest sacrifice and, unarguably, a precious commodity. Therefore, my goal is to work with you so that I can get to know you and develop a plan that suits your lifestyle that will help get you closer to achieving your goals.

My passion is to help people fall in love with their wellness journey and see it as a lifestyle, not a chore.
